Constructed by Alessi Design & Build, the project is notable as the first Sydney commercial hotel to use cross laminated timber as its primary structure, reducing its environmental footprint.
Positioned in the heart of the Tech Central precinct near Central Station, the hotel showcases innovation in sustainable design while contributing to the ongoing revitalisation of Surry Hills.
