The Aqualine Bondi Beach development blends striking contemporary design with the careful integration of a retained heritage building. Our work addressed complex compliance challenges such as the single-exit two-level basement carpark, fire performance of extensive glazing, and protecting the heritage fabric while embedding it seamlessly into the overall scheme. By tailoring performance-based strategies, we helped deliver a development that is safe, compliant, and respectful of Bondi’s unique character.
