Kurraba Residences at Kurraba Point is a landmark residential development designed by SJB, delivering premium harbourfront apartments across three boutique towers. The architecture combines timeless elegance with contemporary detailing, offering residents expansive views and high-quality living spaces in one of Sydney’s most exclusive locations.
DC Partnership acted as the Fire Safety Engineers, addressing the complex challenges of the ground floor connection shared by all three towers. The design intent relied on a seamless, refined entry experience with narrow circulation points. Our role was to develop an innovative compliance strategy that preserved the architectural vision while ensuring safe egress for all occupants through these constrained pinch points.
The outcome is a project that maintains design integrity without compromise, delivering both safety and sophistication in a world-class residential setting.
