DC Partnership acted as the Fire Safety Engineers, BCA, and Accessibility and Inclusive Design consultants. Our fire safety strategy resolved challenges around compartmentation and egress within a luxury multi-residential setting, ensuring safe evacuation without compromising design quality. The BCA team supported the project across design and delivery, providing clear compliance pathways and coordinating approvals. From an accessibility and inclusive design perspective, we worked closely with the architects to embed dignified, user-friendly solutions into circulation and amenity spaces, ensuring the development remains inclusive while retaining its premium character.
The result is a safe, compliant, and inclusive residential project that reflects both design ambition and regulatory rigour.
