An eight-storey workplace in Bondi Junction, wrapped in planted terraces on every level.

Verdical at 88-94 Ebley Street, Bondi Junction, is a commercial office and retail building designed by Luigi Rosselli Architects for The Moshav Group and delivered by Lords Group. It rises eight storeys, with planted terraces on every level, a rooftop garden and fully openable windows.

DC Partnership provided Fire Safety Engineering and Accessibility & Inclusive Design, engaged by Lords Group, and worked with the project team from the base building through to tenancy fitouts.

A compact footprint with terraces on every floor and retail at ground level shaped how people move through the building. DCP developed a fire safety strategy that supported the terraces and the architectural intent, then carried it into the fitouts so the building could adapt as tenants moved in, alongside accessibility and inclusive design advice from street level to the office floors.

A workplace designed around its terraces, with fire safety and accessibility and inclusive design planned to support that ambition from base build to fitout.
